Caller said he was from First Response an independent advisory body wishing to check that I am satisfied with how I have been treated after a recent road accident. He had all the details from a national database on which accidents are recorded. Said I could claim for any pain following the accident.

Calling from the "National Pension Department" to discuss changes to pension rules.

Guy asked to speak to (my name) and i asked who was calling and he said CAB and asked how i was. I asked whats up and he said he was dealing with the outstanding debt case. I asked what case (puzzled) and he said have you got any credit cards or store cards or phone bills debt. I said no to each one then he said ok thanks it must be a mistake. Then i told him to take me off the list.
