These people keep ringing. Background sounds are from a call centre, then they quite often hang up if you wait for them to speak first. Assume they are telemarketing but it's difficult to tell

This is an insurance sales call. A woman called me by my first name without permission. Hung up rudely when I said I was on benefits and could not afford insurance.
