It seems as though this could be a nuisance caller. My husband and I have both had calls from this number today, on our mobiles, while on holiday in France. It's slightly worrying, as we have many friends and relatives in the Manchester area. Two calls from this number with a recorded voice message claiming £700 has been drawn on our account to Amazon and further £2000 cash transfer, then a couple of number options to press to speak to someone. Needless to say, I hung up. Yet another time-wasting and potentially dangerous scam.
This is a company called hoo. Online travel platform, my company uses them for our bed and breakfasts. Number is genuine and safe.

This phone number is listed on Google as a Thai restaurant but seems to be the new phone number for Complete Mathematics. I had to block them previously as they would not stop SPAM calling and now they have a new phone number.
