They are a PPI company, I work for a different PPI company and these people give the industry a bad name. The agent I spoke to was rude and when I asked for my number to be taken off their list she said it was not possible. I asked to speak to a manager, he said he could take my number off the list,but before he did he tried to push again for me to sign up to them. Block their number if you can or report them to the FCA or the Legal Ombudsman.

Agreed for them to come and inspect the property but then realised something now right. so when They called back to confirm their visit I blocked the number.
