I declined asked them to stop calling to take me off any lists I have prev blocked these calls. Claimed to be from RBS credit card fraud in relation to an SMS NHS Covid phishing attempt on my phone. Appeared plausible and had some detailed info on my account transactions, however, when calling the number on back of my card, they said they had no record of a call from RBS. Suspect they were trying to obtain additional information to also obtain on line banking log in.
CALLED RE ACCIDENT THAT I SO SAY HAD, WHEN I ASKED FOR DETAILS OF THE ACCIDENT, I WAS TRANSFERED TO THE SUPERVISOR WHO ASKED ME WHEN I HAD THIS FICTICIOUS ACCIDENT, WHEN I ASKED HIM FOR THE INFORMATION THEY HELD ON THIS ACCIDENT THEY HUNG UP !!
