this number called me on WhatsApp. the call is apparently from united Arab Emirates. most likely Fraud or SCAM

I am waiting for a call back from 111 since yesterday evening. I have had 2 calls from this number since, which disconnect when I answer the 'phone so I expect its just NHS telling me they are too busy to get back to me. It’s a scam! Told me they had noticed an unusual amount for £1100.00 had been taken from my account. Said they wanted to verify that I had spent it, which I hadn’t but they wanted me to confirm account details.I asked who them to repeat who they were and they said from visa. I then knew it was a scam as I don’t have a visa account.
My phone showed me that is a fraud potential call, so I didn't answer it. Blocked it!
Was an answerphone recording telling me I owed money to the Tax office. I blocked the number as I'm sure HMRC don't use mobile phones to make calls, and will find a conventional method of contacting me rather than a dodgy auto service.
