Called whilst I was having my legs bandaged. Asked a carer to answer the call. Caller was rude and the carer reported the incident and I got a call from her manager saying I made her answer the call and the carer was upset. They ve now stopped coming and I ve been in hospital as a result of these scam callers. Why doesn t the usless government do something about them!!!
Seems to be used for some telemarketing call center - this range of numbers 12696048xx (common feature, they use more numbers of the same range) is mostly reported with insurance marketing - Life Insurers 'Review Department'. Just block it if not interested (I use the app from these pages, no problems). Folks did they call you with the same or something new? I really don't answer unknown numbers and don't want to call them back...

Slight delay on answering then a man who appeared to be in a noisy place huffing down the phone. When challenged he denied breathing heavily and would not give a name. He put the phone down.
Sounded like an Asian who was dry rude when I asked him to stop pestering me someone should be able to prosecute them/him if anybody else made as many nussiance calls or was rude they would be charged with something yet whoever this is gets to carry on doing it and even keep the number surely the service provider has power to do do something and also able to see the number of calls being made

Scouse woman got stroppy when I kept saying "Yes" to each question and told me they would keep calling back. Good good good you silly daft cow you are calling me on a phone set aside for this very purpose. The only way to stop these calls is to keep a personal attack alarm by the phone. I was plagued by these calls on my real mobile phone but the calls dried up soon enough. Then I started missing the calls so I set up another phone purely for cold call baiting. The "yes" game is my favourite but telling
