Same scenario as others here.. I took out a new policy a week ago.. I ve taken one call this week trying to sell me legal cover ( not interested ) .. since then, this number has phoned me a few times, when I pick up, there is no-one there
Much like the other reviews, my 83 year old Grandmother was called and told the warranty on her boiler had run out and that they needed to take payment to renew it. No explanation of who they were etc. Reported it as fraud to her bank but also called to cancel policy and ask for full refund. Worried now that this may not be honoured after reading other posts. Awful, underhand, dishonest sales tactics. Bet they re laughing all the way to the bank.
