I get calls from these a lot of the time, never bother to answer them, I'm with Tmobile and they do offer a service to block them, BUT I HAVE TO PAY FOR THE TEXT MESSAGE TO...
I called this number back and spoke to a guy who said he was able to claim bank any bank charges I had. Said it was the next biggest thing to claim back since PPI.

SCAM / SPAM Automated message telling to to press 1 because “your card” has been used in a foreign country.
I received a text from this number which is most likely phishing. The text was written in Swedish (I live in Sweden) and stated that I had an unpaid parking debt and provided a link - which I didn't follow. The link was "http://Inbq.link/ZYSDt8" I have no parking debts so can only presume that the link led to a site asking for my bank details.
