I called both back yo see who had called and both had the same identical message, sounding like "thanks for calling fresh contacts. Please wait for next agent" at which point I terminated my call.

Hi, As far as I am aware this is a telemarketing scam posing as Advantis Credit Agency. The number is not related to them however if you were to search Advantis this is the first company you will find. Do not call them back! Advantis Credit have a poor reputation as parasites any how, but the phone number is rip off. Cheers and Good luck.

I said I have a right to ask, he said you re a p***y and called me a b*stard and all sorts. I looked on the Ofcom numbering database and the number range is registered to JTEC UK LTD who guess what don t have a website or contact details on the net. I ll report this to BT and to Ofcom and to my telephone service provider.
