Phishing re broadband performance problems. Played dumb until he got fed up and hing up. Told BT, who noted the number. These people must think we are all thick as.....

Apparently I'd had an 'accident' recently that was not my fault. As I was in my car, I had bad reception and phone went dead.

as everyone has said here, some claptrap about pensions survey and hung up the second I asked where they got my number from.

Caller knew my surname, when I asked where he got my number he said from a data base. When I continued to question him he became angry and told me to stop wasting his time!!

I have received an automated message on my answer machine advising that a warrant has been issued for my arrest, a warrant number was provided and the message advised it was fro...

This bunch of idiots continue to make silent calls throughout the day. There is no-one there on pick up. When I call back I get a voicemail saying you were called by the above company and they will call again later. Extremely annoying!!!!!

Phoned my mobile and said her name was Kelly and she believed I had been in a car accident.

rang mine and then the next number in the office. Same as above, someone on the other end was talking to someone else, hung up as soon as I answered.

Telephone Preference Service is free and will never call you. Never give information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.

accident claims company that hangs up as soon as you ask for an emial to confirm they are a legitimate company
