This one ended in 5932 is one of many calls I receive from 0203 807 xxxx. The call just rings a couple of times and then hangs up. If I try to call back the below numbers, it says "User Busy".

I just got a call claiming (falsely) to be from this number, claiming (again falsely) that it was BT Openreach (or something). Caller addressed me by my first name but that was all I could understand, the noise going on in the background (His) drowned out everything else he was saying.
