When i answer this call they ask for me by name, I confirm that s me, but then the call goes silent! After a few seconds I get that "BT lady" saying the caller ended the call. I don t think they mean to hang up, I d guess thier computer system does it by accident. when I looked up the number I found a plumber in Scotland! Im in Peterborough, so I doubt it s that.
I m an existing TalkTalk customer, this was a sales call trying to get me to upgrade to fibre broadband The caller had details of my TalkTalk account.

I haven't found any ratings for this number somewhere else on internet resources, which should be a good sign... Does someone have some experience with this one? Was trying also different formats of this number, but no luck. On the other hand I am not the only one searching for this number as can be seen from different pages... Claimed to be from BT and noticed speed of internet was low because of probable virus. If I started up my PC, they would sort it out. Asian accent with English name like Terence Granger. I asked for tel number and as quick as a flash he gave me the above number. Obvious scammer.

A SCAM!!! A guy called "Richard" presented himself as someone working for the "gradjobsuk" website and he interviewed me for a job (that I dont even remember ever applying for) and tried to persuade me to buy a course towards a qualification. The whole website is a scam, their jobs are made up and all they do is make graduates buy courses and then stop calling them. Its a total scam, just hang up and dont trust them!
