When I said that I already had it, the female caller responded that it was with them, and because I had not claimed for three years they we going to reduce it from the current £180.00. 'Julie' stating she was from Trust Telecom. Said that we WOULD get cheaper line rental but not that we had to transfer our business to them! I had never heard of Trust Telecom and asked her why she had called when I hadn't asked them to...she put the phone down. If this is a genuine business they need to look at their marketing strategy.
