This is Scottish Power s Debt Collection Dept. Don t waste your time answering or returning calls to them though! Left them 2 months ago, received final bill, paid via direct banking which the bank have confirmed but still being hounded. I was rung up on 30.8.21 by a female Indian (?) voice claiming to be a representative of BT. There was a large amount of background noise, indicating, presumably, that this female was ringing from some sort of call centre. As I do not have a BT phone I rang off before she could get into her stride about rates. My hope is that she and her colleagues will slip in a pile of dog poo and break their ruddy necks.
