This is not O2 although the persistent irish man told me he was O2 and then changed it to calling on behalf off as a loyal customer. I've only been with them 3 months. He was also happy to freely use my name - where did he get that from? O2 should be ashamed that they sell customer information in this way.

This is a company that say they are a "Microsoft Certified Company", and that you have errors and malware on your computer. They then try to get you to go to www.ammyy.com, so that they can ostensibly "sort out" your problems by connecting to your computer but in reality they are trying to look for financial gain, i.e. passwords, credit card details or bank details.

This company keep calling, maybe 3-4 times a day always asking for someone who doesn t live here but as soon as I ask to speak to supervisor or say they have a wrong number they hang up. I m close to disconnecting the landline it is such a nuisance!!
