Man with South African accent tried to sell me washing machine insurance - became offensive when I declined - mentioned my wife and then hung up on me.
Recorded message said that my National insurance number had been misused and said I was likely to be arrested. This sounds like a SCAM. DO NOT PRESS ANY BUTTONS ON YOUR PHONE. HANG UP

Asked to speak with my manager, I asked who they were and where they were calling from, advised his name was Sam from British Gas then proceeded to discuss N Power, I asked him to verify the company. After much back and "fourthing"he advised he was from "Duel Fuel" and his name was Jamal. Then he asked what was the company he has called an our number!! Very odd
