He tries to arrange an energy assessment on my house (which no doubt will result in a sales pitch for loft insulation etc). He's very polite and inoffensive, but I wish he would remove me from his database.

Received a call from this number, answered but no-one spoke. Decided to stay on the line to see what happened. Complete silence for about 30 seconds then the line went dead. When I 1471 d I got the number 0161 918 0023. On calling the number, I am informed that "This number is temporarily out of order"! Can someone please explain to me the legality of this? The number is obviously NOT out of order when they call me but it is when I call them? Of course it s a scam and, as usual, there seems to be no recours

I am abroad, I have had calls from this +44 20 7097 0859, two or three times a day for the last two days. NO message and it when I did answer it seemed to cut off. On calling it, its GLOBAL something and seems like RUBBISH and does not really connect. Generally not good.
