I was unable to answer the call from this number because my screen was playing up. It did not light up in any way so I couldn't see how to answer or anything. A few minutes later I needed to make a call so I spent some time getting the screen to light up in order to dial out. Surprisingly this number was still calling me. This number is a scammer talking from an automate robot saying the persona called is going to be arrested for tax fraud and so on. And so invite you to press 1 (which I highly recommend not to) before they take any actions.
