This is either a scam or someone trying to sell something. When type the number in on google, it comes up with a man named Jake Stacey. Clearly reading from a script, trying to encourage you to take one of their “deals”. Won’t take “not interested” as an answer. Think it may be spoofing as the lack of introductions, strong accent and background noises suggest call centre abroad. Block and ignore
