Just made a payment via login to my Vanquis account. Payment made and showing Authorised. BUT after a few mins, here's/following message was being received. 'Your payment has been declined. For security, can you reply with your date of birth?' I'm very much doubted. then immediately checked my paying card's bank account, payment had taken and left from that account. Called me today but when I answered they hanged up straight away so no idea what they were trying to flog me.
They hang up on aswering expecting you tocall back
I took on my phone number in January and the previous holder of the number is being sought by these people. They call up to five times a day and despite me advising EVERY SINGLE FKNG TIME that I am not who they are looking for and even having written to their complaints department, the calls don t stop. I m absolutely sick to the back teeth of them.
