Similar to other comments - trying to sell better telephone package, to (supposedly) reduce our business cost. They asked for an E-mail address, but I explained that we have not used that for 10-12 years - as we have converted to the much more professional "W-mail" system, which avoids spams and scams. They then immediately ended the call !

Woman calls my mobile whilst I m studying in the library and when I answer there is initially laughter in the background. Then goes on to say how I am owed PPI and lists banks paying out. After listening to the list I name my bank as Nationwide as it was the only one she didn t mention. Asks if I have a credit card and I state no. She then proceeds to ask me if I have had a loan (which I haven t). Was very persistent and persuasive. Would recommend not answering the phone

I don't wanna call back since I do not know the number - it could be just a robocaller testing if my number is responding, don't want to let them know my line is active... People please did someone answer it? Who is behind this number?
