it rang at 14.16 23/8 when i answered it hung up My guess is whoever is on the other end of the phone makes a decision on whether its worth having a conversation to scam any money off them by the way they answer - as they would know who they could pull the wool over the potential victims eyes & who theyve no chance of winning I answered it with a firm Hello .If it had been a pensioner i reckon they wouldve started a conversation anyone know who the company is
