Fraud SCAM. Telephone call from 01608 685319 on Tuesday 6 June. Recorded message claiming to be from unspecified bank about suspicious transactions. Obviously attempt at fraud. Telephone call terminated and number blocked.

Fraud I believe this was an attempt to get my debt card information. I typed in the url filled up with an all red page telling me this was a fraudulent site and to not contact or talk to these people. UNSAFE SITE trying to get my credit card, social sec. info etc. It had the phone number 208-537-7505 which if you call it, get nothing but what sounds like a fake ring - No one picks up. The URL they sent in the text led me to the warning site. The text will ask if you used your card and the amt charged.

Typical bank scam claiming you have spent a lot money

SCAM. An Asian sounding man who called himself Simon called me to say my washing machine warranty had run out. Seeing as our washing machine is about 15 or more years old I do not doubt it. I told him not to try and scam me as I had had these sort of calls before, and hung up. I have since blocked the number.

Claimed to be from Virgin Media and wanted me to switch my laptop on and she would talk me through resetting my router. When I questioned her she dropped the call!

I have been having problems with it but I’m aware of phony callers pretending to be providers - BT not any of the other providers would call you out of the blue so they hung up on me lol - thought you were supposed to be helping me with an issue? Scammer, claiming to be from Santander Fraud dept. Wanting me to authorise a payment of £1000. He hung up when I said he had proven he was a scammer.
