bombard their 0800 069 9303 number with silent calls. especially outside of office hours, leave really long blank messages on their answerphone and make them foot the bill.

Call from the number: 07938536820 A Guy called Steven- Asking for bank information, how much I made at work. Asking irrelevant questions asking if I smoke/had a sky package yet knew about a bank loan. Avoid and 101 have been made aware Pretending to be from citizens advice

Had a call from this number, asking to speak to my mother. I explained that she is 90 and deaf so could I help, to which I received a very arrogant response that he could only speak to my mother. I told him again she was 90 and if he couldn t speak to me I wasn t going to let him try to speak to her. Kept ringing my landline, when I asked him why he kept ringing he said if I didn t talk with him he would ring every day non stop until I did!! Bullyish, rang 10 times in 4 minutes.

Called today said he was Steve from TalkTalk and my internet connection was about to be shut off for 15 days. He would send a new router and cable to avoid this. He was about to ask me to follow instructions to re-set router, etc when I asked for proof he was from TalkTalk. He hung up! Funny though, we are actually in talks with TalkTalk about a new router and seem to get scam calls right after we speak to them!

If you were involved in a traffic accident two years ago, feel free to answer this call. I wasn't so hung up. Nuisances!
