It's a fraud scam. They've somehow got a list of people who have purchased white goods and they're calling them to tell them the warranty has expired. I told him to fuck off and put the phone down as they were clearly trying to get me to pay for a new insurance policy when I blatantly didn't. SCAM Message says that your internet and phone connection is going to be cut off, to stop it press 1, press 2 to go along with disconnection. Getting 3 or 4 of these a day, a different number each time but all 0161 numbers.
