Call centre in background. Said he was calling from Carphone Warehouse asking if I was currenly in a contract. I asked where he'd got my number and he said he was authorised to call anyone with a mobile. I'm registered with TPS (for what it's worth).
He needed to speak to the manager about good offer in my area!

Call center Lady calling from a Health Insurance provider insisting on asking a few questions that would take under a minute. Despite my polite response of not being interested she still pushed so I gave her a chance. They know my full name, postcode and house number and when asked where this data is from they said it’s from a public database. Asian Guy (David) calling from Windows Technical about my computer. Apparently something wrong with my computer so need to turn it on so they could sort it out. I asked them to tell me what my computer IP address is - which obviously they can t tell me because they don t know who they are speaking to. IT IS A SCAM - THEY WANT A ONE OFF, LIFETIME PAYMENT.
