This number was listed to be called to query an obviously fake scam Ebay purchase. Be very careful, don't call this number or they will scam you out of your money doing a fake refund.

IT'S A DANGEROUS SCAM! A computer is dialling numbers in sequence to sniff out voice lines. If you speak then the line is detected as 'an active voice line' and logged as such, a scammer will then be calling you later, and usually using a different number! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! If you don't hear a voice and then the line goes dead then congratulations - you've just successfully escaped being scammed! THESE CALLS ARE HARASSING AND ALWAYS POTENTIALLY DANGEROUS!
I lost all my savings to CM Trading. I invested 41,000 and they refused to allow me to withdraw both my initial deposit and accrued interest. I had a text from this number "Hi Alice, it's Carrie, there's a reception tomorrow. do you have time to go with me?" I thought initially this was a wrong telephone number put in. but seeing as it has been flagged up a number of times. I think it's a phishing call. I've not answered it, as this would have shown my number was active

Amazon SCAM call phishing for your details. Automated call, apparently from “Amazon” saying I had placed an order to be delivered to a different address to mine for £749.00. The activity was suspicious so blocked my account. Logged into my Amazon account using the official app and there is no such activity.
Hung up after ~5 seconds of silence.

Fraud - tried to get me to respond to an email he sent during our call. He wanted me to take out my money from cryptocurrency and put it into an account allegedly held by BSL financial, as my trading company was money laundering and lost their licence to trade. He was very convincing but I have contacts who investigated for me quickly and advised me NOT to reply or answer any further calls.

Called asking for someone else by name. Told them they had the wrong number and I obviously didn’t sound like a woman (who they asked for). Asked who they were speaking to. Told them it was no concern of theirs who I was, but I am not the person they were after and I didn’t know anyone of that name. Could be genuine, but I don’t give my name to anyone over the phone that calls me out of the blue.
