This person purported to be from my banks fraud department. He was not.

Called about 20 times from 8am on a Sunday morning to around 9am on the Monday morning. BT Call Guardian took care of it as the spammers/scammers will never bother to 'announce' themselves... they can't when they're using autodiallers to try and connect to as many number as possible. Add this number to your block lists

Spencer from The Energy Support Hub on 02922 229968 called me today. A sales scam as far as I am concerned. Carefully worded opening sales pitch offers Home Owners with a Gas boiler over 7 years old or more a replacement boiler at no additional cost to them, or some such spiel. What the Sales team deliberately fail to mention in the opening spiel is that the cost of the boiler is met through the up to 50% saving on the Home Owners annual gas bill. This only becomes clear some way into the call.

Call claimed to be from Vodafone retentions department promising me a 40% discount, asked me a bunch of security questions and then asked me to read him the code from a password reset email that he had triggered on my Vodafone account. This apparently would enable him to send me the priority app so I could access 5G calls and VIP features. Alarm bells at this point. I said I'd call him back then checked with Vodafone. They confirmed that this is not a number they use and not to give out any information. SC

SCAM called to discuss damp problems reported in my property, I don’t have damp issues and have never reported any problems. I own my own property so knew immediately that this was a scam, talked to them long enough to get the gist of what they were trying to do before hanging up.

Claiming to be Hammersmith police station over bank card fraud, check lots of bank acc details, then say when the call is finished a dialling tone sounds and to dial one's bank customer advice. This takes you through to another fraudster claiming to be your bank who takes more details then says they are transferring you to the serious fraud office. 01483 912149 is a harassing company called MotorEasy. Despite telling them numerous times on previous calls, no thank you. The caller is harassing, today it was a guy called Freddie who was both combative and hostile. When will these people ever learn?

Another scam number, automated message pretenting to be from our card issuer that there is suspicious activity. This is the second call this morning from a number started from 01256 with different end digits. Do NOT press 1 or 2 as suggested. Number blocked now.
