Hard to understand person, strong foreign accent, claiming to represent O2, yet calling from a number on the Three Network. Lots of background noise, sounded like either a VERY busy foreign call centre or an open air market! Seemed at a loss when asked for proof that she really represented O2. Possible scam.

The caller with a strong foreign accent (possibly Indian) stated he was calling from BT Openreach about potential problem with my internet connection. So I thanked him for calling and hung up, as it sounded like it might be an all too frequent scam call.

Sales call most likely. Obviously a call centre caller. reading from a scriopt. Told me about package put together for solar panels in my area but couldn't tell me what area I was in, just kept repeating that I should raise any issues with call back representative. I put the phone down.

Missed call - unknown. Saw it come in on my what's app... I don't like people phoning me randomly on that platform as that for me is invite/acknowledged only. The country code is for India. This is not a scam I have covers for all my electricals,this is from homeshield direct and I also have paperwork and I recently phoned them to replace my washing machine as it broke down and had someone come out to look at it and few weeks later had a new washing machine.had to pay extra for delivery and old washing machine removal
