It's a shame about the negative feedback because it's clear they didn't stay on the phone. I hate cold calls as much as the next person but it's a legitimate process, probably just difficult to shake off old sales habits which can raise red flags when you're taking a call, I'll admit. Ah well, I'll be getting my tax rebate from HMRC in about 4 weeks just by staying on the phone, your loss guys! I'd be calling back if it were me!

Now after having an in depth conversation with this individual about his experience he alerted me to this site along with others.
