Text to say a parcel undelivered - gave a link to book a redelivery. this is the second time today. ow do we know if it is Post Office/ RM or a scam?
I have been charged for 2 calls to this number which I never made £30.00 odd . Phoned 3 customer service- unhelpful! I cannot make personal calls from my office and these were made on a Monday morning whilst I was at work. be very careful

Get calls every day from this number on my house phone normally while I m out at work so can t answer but on the times I have been home to answer (normally 8.30am on weekends!) they ask for some random person although I ve told atleast 10 different people they have the wrong number they still phone despite saying they will take the number off the system. Generally when there s a long pause before they answer, it s safe to say it s a call centre that I m going to have zero interest in talking to. Whistle loudly down the phone. They don t tend to call back again. ;)

I have contacted BT and they inform me this is a Dummy phone no. There is no charge unless you get connected. This is just a nuisance call. Just hang up or block the call on you...
