SCAM this number calls and tries to get you to sign up for medical emergency devices like pendants. They tell you different excuses for their call like you had a medical appointment and now qualify for a few pendant with a huge one off service fee on over £150 that y they then say is for 12 months service which isn't a one off payment. They all for your card or direct debit details and when you tell them you think it's a scam they hang up on you.

Called me twice. Today I checked the number. The pitch: calling from my mobile provider to offer a 30% discount off my bill, then they want to know how much you pay for your bill. If you say sure - they will try and set this up on the phone, or direct you to your provider website. like this is an option, I chose my provider's website, they hung up. Today's call it was the 30% discount again - and hung up.

SPAM at 2pm, the time when some old people are likely to be at home; a youngish man, he said his name was re-uben, "you don't know me but"... I said was he a scammer, cheers, and put phone down. He left me a voice text message, a bible message from jw.org. That is jehovah's witnesses. However when I rang bt 1572 to block his number, that number read back to me to block was my very own home phone number; his call had put my own number as that number to be blocked. The phone number is in London, but caller said he was calling from Manchester, UK!

This is the fourth time this week calls from 01223 reputed to be Cambridge? saying my bank account has been attacked etc when pressed 2 to talk to the operator a female Asian voice answered....I asked are you in Nagapur India, the line went dead? It's obvious they have a way to get into our phone system. Another one they use is Liverpool 01514.

Probably a scam. Received message with nothing else just a suspicious looking text. Potentially dangerous to your phone and bank balance.

Resin driveway scam. Reverse call back revealed name of company as Telepro Marketing (dial 141 before calling back number to suppress your telephone number, so they cant see you called them).

Call center SCAM Calling from O2 apparently, to give compensation for the bad signal quality. I agreed up until they said they would pass me onto their supervisor to get the compensation in progress. Call was from abroad. Not sure if this is a scam or not.

This number has been searched at least 1250 times, if not more. The POLICE are aware and need to identify these scammers, so the more it is reported the better the chance of catching them. There is a new rash of SCAMMERS out there trying to get people's money and DEFRAUDING them. They must be caught and proosecuted! REPORT, REPORT, REPORT!

Fraud, Claiming to be from HMRC for partial tax payment. They hung up when I asked them to authenticate themselves and provide me an HMRC phone number to call them back.

Definite scam. I looked up Starpro - Aberdeen. They call off different numbers all based in Aberdeen and there's loads of people stating that they were scam artists trying to claim to be a phone company and asking for details.

Scam tried to rip my 94 yr old mother off by offering a pendant fortunate she live with us but we weren't there to stop her giving bank details out . Called the number and they put the phone down on us clearly a fraud from a foreign country. Called bank and blocked account from been ripped off by these disgusting evil cretins. SCAM pretending to be First Direct Fraud department, which it’s not. As soon as I said I would call FD back myself they hung up very fast. The number is similar to the First Direct number but is NOT legitimate. Do not give any details of any kind to them.

SCAM. The caller was a woman claiming to be based in Cape Town, South Africa. She further claimed to be from the energy company – E.ON – that supplies me with electricity. She knew or guessed my first name, and asked for confirmation of details of my name and mailing address. However, she did NOT ask for – nor did she receive – my e˗mail address, my account number, or any bank or credit card or debit card details. Furthermore, she did not ask for immediate payment. Have nothing to do with this number.

Scam number dangerous report it

Obvious scam caller claiming to be from EE (I don't have an EE account). The minute I queried why they had rung they cut off the call.

Assumed scam, automatic message called to say unusual activity on bank card, didn't state who’s card or which bank, press 1 to approve etc....just hang up, your proper bank will call you or you can call them
