Well spoken young male Caller stated "Hello my names Chris and I am a heating insulation advisor in your post code area" or something very similar. Repetitive and very annoying.
So they called me earlier today claiming to be Virgin. They were offering me a deal to upgrade my services and I was wary of them for quite a while, however they never asked me for any bank details only to confirm personal information so I proceeded with the call. After seeing the reviews here I got worried after by how much they knew about my account so I called Virgin, who confirmed it was in fact their marketing team and the deal I was offered had been genuine and that upgrades were indeed in the works.
