Was asked to confirm my name ie they already knew it then imediately hung up.
Fraud fraud fraud. Do not call back on this number or give any details. My elderly parents received a call this morning. Lucky I was around and he claimed he was calling from virgin media in London. I then asked if he knew English and he said no. From here I released something ain t right. I immediately googled the number he gave and read the previous comment. If u are called do not take this seriously.

SCAM - recorded message saying they are from HMRC and that your number has been selected for a fraud check. If you do not press 1, you will be arrested. As an employee of HMRC, I knew this was a scam but others could potentially fall for this.

They are scammers. 33758286792 rang today & hung up when i answered - 24 hours after a scammer message from 33975819984 rang claiming money had been transferred from account to foreign country. Treat these numbers as dangerous / scammers.
