Fraud - Claim to be from talktalk wanting to reset my router because "sometimes your internet is strong and sometimes it is weak". Our router has been reset before by talktalk (genuinely) and they do this remotely, on their end. However this scammer told me he had to do it via my laptop and asked me to log on to it and go to a run file thing etc. Obviously just trying to load some sort of malware! Hard core sales company. Trying to sell battery storage systems for solar. When I explained I was a solar installer and electrician myself, so could install my own, the female caller called me a twat and hung up.
Called re an accident I had had recently. Guess what? I have not had any. Most annoying and intrusion on my life. They should be locked away.
