I have had approx 3 calls from EE and I am almost certain I will not be renewing with them when my contracts expires later in the year. Each call has had a similar style: Poor communication skills; talked at me, did not listen or answer my questions. Aggressive: I m naturally quite chilled and helpful but after each of these called I have been angry and proceed to block the number. Called today at 3.15 and yesterday too. I let both go to answerphone but no message left of course. How can they keep doing this and interrupting people but nothing done about it.
