This is a legit PayPal number, it is the credit departments number!!

Was called by a foreign lady who i could hardly understand supposedly from Vodaphone saying i am elligible for upgrade of my phone but told her im unemployed so can't afford to do it. I do not trust any unknown numbers from cold callers so more than likely a scam call.
