Presume a scam as phone disconnected when answered!!
Recorded message that did not state the name of the company calling, so they are therefore disreputable. Also I m signed up to TPS, so their call indicates that they are disreputable. Call claimed that they had been trying to contact the homeowner - untrue, that was their first call. Call stated that their records indicated that I was entitled to government help with a new boiler. They should not be holding those type of records. The records are incorrect. Call stated that I am entitles to government help w

They have taken £9.50 from my bank account and I don t even know who they are or what they do and I have never given permission to anyone to take money from my account.just thiefs I say.
