I am receiving several calls each day from this number. Who are they?

Saying they in my area (london) when they in Perthshire .. telling me that I have had damage in my vehicle in past 18 months.. asked when and they can't say.. after him getting no full answers he then said "will leave you to it then boss!" And promptly hung up.. Ambulance chasers or accident chasers... that's what we have insurance for .. not these scammers.

Automatic voice saying Ive missed a call with my internet provider. Not even able to specify! Just another annoying call.
Didnt introduce himself, asked for me by name, said he was calling about my debts ( I dont have any so knew he was lying) I asked him to tell me about my debts, he said I was to tell him. I asked if he was a moron and he said " you are a moron debter" . Told him I would report him to the police and have blocked his number... this is most certainly a scammer. Elderly folk beware!!!
