an automated call, claimed to be HMRC stating that there is fraud committed against my name and ask me to press 1 to transfer to somewhere (can't remember). It also said, if nothing done, a warrant for my arrest will be issued.

A recorded message that says my internet will be turned off unless I press 1 to confirm or 2 to continue. This is evil and will frighten many people into responding.
