Was a missed call to me in UK. Could have been Vlad Putin?
Call claimed to be from Visa reporting spending on a Visa card. Suspected fraud.
Housing disrepair call center ( solicitors ). Told them weeks back to take me off their database. However, they've still called twice from different phone numbers
This number is a scam or spam calls do not engage with them.

called me at 8:20 am on 28 February 2023 . Recorded message from "your bank" claiming that there were 2 abnormal transactions on a credit card.

House phone rang, I answered. & nobody spoke. I tried to instigate a conversation & still silence. The line then went dead. Obviously automated connection

caller rang of before i picked up. i called back but went to answer phone. no call back.
Persistently calling all hours of the day inc Sunday morning evenings etc. I never answer. It could be a debt collector related to council tax, but can’t be certain
