Told her clearly that I wasn t interested, but she keeps calling back (5x in one week) even though we re on TPS. Guess they got my number from the back of yellow pages, or from Yell. (Problem is, you can t get the free advertising in Yell unless you give a landline number.) They wanted to charge £9 a week for advertising my business in a local children s play centre.

SCAM Caller with an American accent blustered to begin with, stating that he was with Virgin media. He called me on my Virgin land line claiming that there were issues with the broadband. Began asking security questions which I was not willing to answer. Phoned Virgin media customer services on the Virgin direct number 150 on my landline and they confirmed that this call was not from Virgin media and that they never contact customers directly via phone, but will email/text first.
