Called to offer me a better rate on my mortgage. I don t have a mortgage and they asked if I wanted my details removed, I said yes and was told this could take 1 business day. 23 hours later I received another call, I ve since had a call yesterday and today. Next time they call I m going to get the full company name and complain to the ICO.

I also received a call whilst mid-poo and as someone who definitely has an outstanding PPI claim I thought I couldn t ignore. Waste of time, I excitedly ran out of the cubicle with my trousers down at my ankles, poo trickling down my legs, and colleagues aghast, only to receive a pathetic ?6.20 rebate. Avoid.
