A nice Indian lady said there was something wrong with my computer and that my I.D was compromised. I played along with this charade until she realised all the beeping was me faffing with the microwave and not my PC. Utter scum buckets they are. She cut me off.

SCAM Claiming to be from British Gas saying my meter needs to be replaced. I know it is not British Gas, because I don't get my energy from them, and never have. Suffolk Trading Standards have issued a press release warning about this scam.
