Had a call from a lady with a Liverpool accent claiming to be calling from "Albany Assist" with regards to an accident I d had on "Manor Road" in 2012? She claimed that her company works with insurance companies? I ve neither had an accident in 2012, nor have I ever had an accident on a road of this name!
