SCAM calls come from Vietnam, do not answer, they will ring off.
Spam caller claiming to be from Vodafone (my mobile contract isn't with Vodafone), wanting my bank details so they could apply a discount to my contract. Very persistent - when I told them I didn't know my postcode they called back the following night. Even provided me with a (mobile!) number I could call to check that they really were Vodafone.

If you speak then the line is detected as 'a voice line' and logged, a scammer will then call you later! If you don't recognize the number calling DON'T SPEAK, JUST LISTEN! This number claimed to be from BT. The person said I may have a technical error in my broadband router. I disputed it and I asked the person to give me their number so I could call them back. I was told I could Google it and when I said I was not going to Google it and I asked again for their number the line went dead.

Mobile phone spam / scam / fraud. Scammers pretend to call from Currys Mobile department. They will sign you up on a completely different deal than agreed initially with the most expensive phone available. They use several phone numbers some of them on Whatsapp. Also will e-mail an order confirmation from an address that seems genuine. It's not. After receiving the parcel they will try to convince you to send the phone back to some shady residential address. Avoid!

Very strange that the company insuring me (they're not, of course) has no idea what appliances I have. Calls coming 2-4 times each day.
