Direct Assist are the scum of the earth (and that s being polite) when it comes to unsolicited calls. They are persistent and causing great stress to both myself and my wife. We are both retired, and neither of us drive, yet we are supposed to have had an accident while driving. How these companies ever get business is a mystery as all they do is annoy people intensely. It really is time that our government clamped down on the sharp practice of these con artists.
