Man pretending to be Vodafone. Trying to steal my personal and financial info. Impressive technique, didn’t spot at first then his lack of knowledge of my basic customer profile and more aggressive questioning showed what was really happening.

I made three calls to Damart sort out an order made through their website Only when I got my phone bill did I discover I had been charged over 25 for the calls to customer service This is totally unacceptable
Said they were doing a survey for the local council Very convincing almost fell for it but I dont do surveys just for this reason he hung up smartish

Automated message claiming ro be from Amazon and that Amazon Prime had expired and they were going to take £95.00 from bank. Then it tells you to press 1. Its is definitely a scam.
