The joke about this Next Step Company is that they are the guys who sold the PPI in the first place. Check out Bright Finance. Loan sharks in a big way. Called the number back, and yes customer is with talktalk and they had call screening in place. It seems a call centre is using this number as a mask to make calls from the internet, and therefore when you call the number back you don't get them but an innocent talk talk customer.
